As most items are handmade and made to order, the timeframe before posting can be up to three working days.  




Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on products for change of mind.

We do offer exchanges for products that are not suitable within a seven day timeframe of you receiving your purchase, however customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it registered post.


We do not offer returns or exchanges on any SALE items.

Please note each item of jewellery and accessories vary from the next as they are all unique handmade pieces. This means that some items may vary from how they appear in an image viewed on our website or social media pages.


We package our garments and jewellery carefully, however we want you to love your NR piece as much as we loved creating it. If you receive a faulty piece or want to ask us about a refund, firstly please contact us on loz_mathieson@hotmail.com within 7 days of purchase so we can discuss your requirements.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
