Shipping & Handling






Our garments and jewellery are quality controlled and carefully packaged before being sent. 

All items are sent via Australia Post. As items are all handmade pieces, please allow 1-3 days after payment has cleared for your product to be made and then sent.

As we are based in a rural area please allow between 1-5 full BUSINESS days to receive your item/s. If for some reason the pieces you are after will take longer we will advise you of this upon the time of your order.


We ship all of our parcels within Australia via Express Post which come with a tracking number. If you have any special requests, eg Courier or Registered Post, then please contact us via email before you place your order.


All orders over $150 receive FREE shipping (Australia only) 






We ship Worldwide at a Flat rate of $25.00AU. International orders are sent via Australia Post's International Delivery Services. All parcels will then be delivered by the recipients countries local postal service.

Delivery is between 12-21 full business days depending on the location the items are being shipped too (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient). Please allow us up to 1-3 business days after payment has cleared for us to ship your order/send your tracking number.

Please wait 21 business days since your order was lodged before contacting us in regards to its whereabouts.


Once an order has been shipped, Native Riot is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local post office if you experience any problems during shipping to follow up on your parcel. Please email Native Riot if you request the shipping/tracking number.


If you need your International order quickly, please email us for a quote for a courier or Express Post options.

*CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Native Riot will declare FULL $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately we CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel or tick 'gift' so to avoid disapointment please do not ask us.
